Post-Deployment Coordination

Although we have designed our advisory practice to be “teach you how to fish” engagements, sometimes it is practical for our team to continue to be involved.

Generally speaking these support engagements are designed around Action Plan Initiatives and are time boxed to one to three months. But let’s cross that bridge when we get to it.

 

Phone-A-Friend

This unique support mechanism allows for a bank of pre-paid assistance - which can be consumed on an as-needed basis - for just about anything. Delivered via phone or Zoom, this support can be related to initiative coordination, team performance, scorecard evaluation, or anything else related to the Strategy Management process. These hours can also be used for Quarterly Check-In sessions. Pre-pay for blocks of 10, 20, or 50 hours.

Quarterly Check-In

Operationalizing a collection of new initiatives can sometimes be hard enough. Comparing your progress against a new scorecard can often be even more challenging.

We can schedule in advance quarterly check-ins with the team that include not just progress reporting and suggestions for improvement on initiatives, but also scorecard reporting. Generally a half-day per quarter works.

 

Project-Based

Sometimes the question really is how long is a piece of string.

Given the intimate knowledge that we have gained about your enterprise through our Strategy Mapping work, we may be a logical choice to consult on specific project work within the enterprise. Time and materials billing is the model here.
